Or i should use X-large shield booster instead of Large shield booster and 2 cap recharges instead of amplifiers. My cap would last 3minnutes then.

I would....
Drop the Active Kin and Exp hardener for the resistance amps of the same type. Keep the Invul. That will help cap alot.
Proably drop the both tech I amps for best named or II and only keep one. Then throw a target painter on, so if I got bored waiting for the drones to kill frigs and crusiers I can shoot at them.
Alternativly you could throw a Cap booster, recharger, or battery on to help with cap if you need it. Though with the resistance amps above, cap should be less of an issue as you shouldn't need to perma run your shield booster.
If cap is still an issue you could keep two boost amps and drop the Power Diagnostics and throw on a Cap Power Relay or Cap Flux. The power relay lowers boost amount and the flux lowers your cap but both increase cap recharge. Again cap shouldn't be much of an issue if you monitor your shield boost usage.
Since you are asking about ratting them, I assume you are in 0.0. Therefore you might consider a disruptor or some other PVP equipment just in case.

If you run into a triple saint or Seraphim spawn, you're going to have an interesting time. I'd omnitank, firstly because it's 0.0 and resist holes are bad, and secondly because Angels do all four kinds of damage.
