Has anyone been experiencing strange glitches in w-space lately?
Only we've been seeing a few recently and they have been seen by a couple of folks that live in the same system as me, the oddest one so far was while collapsing a wh to nullsec a corpmate jumped through the exit, the exit just blinked out (wasnt even at critical and no animation, i was sat our home system side) and he just reappeared back at our pos.
Its the challenge that keeps me coming back, if its too easy i get bored |

That happens sometimes when a wormhole collapses as you pass through it. I had one drop me on top of a random POS a looooong time ago. Fortunately I was in a scanning frig and warped off before anything could lock me. Also found myself next to a highsec station upon returning from a daytrip once as well.
It's time to put an end to CCP's war on piracy. Fight your own battles and stop asking CCP to do it for you. |

There used to be a bug where a collapsing WH would kick you out to a "random" location, but what would usually happen is that the coordinates from the previous system would get superimposed on the new system you jumped into. If the starting system was a few magnitudes larger then the destination system, like say the departure system was 120 AU but dest system was 32AU, then you could possibly appear over 70AU from any celestial. Thus you would inadvertently have a deep safe.
People used Black Ops bridges to create these deep safes as recently as July of last year. Collapsing wormholes used to have the same issue and I was spat out randomly a few times. Over the past few patches CCP has been addressing the mechanics of wormhole mass calculations and I think has addressed this issue with Inferno, ever since then a couple of guys reported being spat out into a POS somewhere in the home system. |

I jumped a C5 > Nullsec wh the other day in a tengu. I load the null system and discover that my tengu could only move at 10ms... upon further inspection I also noted that my cargo capacity was at zero and my skills had been reduced to 274 thousand. I relogged.... nothing happened.
I eventually had to jettison my cargo, eject, had another char pick up the tengu (which remained bugged) and jumped back in the wh... the tengu then came online and I relogged a second time and got my sp back.
Pretty scary. |

i honestly thought that spawning at a random station was normal behavior because that happened pretty much every time i collapsed a WH while daytripping.
