I'd like to begin my ventures as a pirate, and I've been informed that I should move from high to low sec. Problem is, I'm flying through some low-sec territory right now and none of the stations I'm docking at have the ability to give me a new clone, you know, since my home should have a clone as well.
Where would a noob wanna go? I'm stationed in Tunttaras, fyi.

Just look around. There is a feature on the map which shows stations with clone bays I believe. There's plenty in lowsec. But then again... it's pretty hard to lose your pod outside of a bubble.

Alright, I see that now. You know, I always see people complaining about not being able to travel through .4 and below, yet I haven't had any trouble. I've been targeted, but I haven't been blown up!

If your in a small ship its fine. Only gets dangerous when your moving up ship classes. Most people just ***** that they cant use their maxed out gist raven safely in lowsec.
