Well i want to move my missioning away from caldari agents to fight angles...
My current standings (after skills, connections 3, and diplomacy 4)
Caldari state 9.34
Minmatar republic -1.45
My character is an old one have been running missions off and on since i started in hte game (2004). i currently run missions for caldari agents not in caldari space to minimize guristas with there jamming and horrid drops.
I beleive i read somewhere that you no longer are blocked out of running missions for a faction if your standing is supper ****y, is that true? and if so do i need to start at a q-20 agent.
i am not sure how long it will take me to push the missions up to level 4 status but am hopeing it will be fun as i like flying small ships and am extreamly well skilled at flying smaller ships.
So basically what i want to know is can i even start running missions for minmitar, and if so anyone have any pointers on a good corp to run with.
I do missioning to fund my pvp and i much prefer fighting angles and like i said think it will be fun to take some smaller ships out and run the missions. i have however been putting this off becuae of the massive standings issues.

You can now always use lvl 1 agents below Q0 regardless of standings. It may take a while to get up to the good agents, but ti's not impossible anymore.
Social skills can make it much easier to use better agents too.

I believe if you speak to agent "Pythagorus Hypotenuse" ...He will give you L5 Angle missions.

You can run missions for any corp in a faction if your standing is above -2.0. Of course you will need to get your standing with a particular corp up higher to use the better agents but your faction standing can remain at -1.45 forever and it won't matter.
You'll want to find a minmatar agent in minmatar space if you want to get a lot of missions against angels but any agent in minmatar space would work. As for which one is the best? Open up minmatar faction info, search for member corps and then search through agents until you find a level 4 in a system you don't mind living in, then start grinding up standing with that corp.
But, yeah. These forums seriously need some indicator that the post has ended and the sig has started.

Just a note I get tons of missions against angels in Galente space. I wont tell you where as that would ruin my fun.. but Gallente space offers plenty of angel missions.

I tried a L4 mission but I wasn't ready, turned out to be too obtuse.

Thanks for the help those of you that actually tried to help.
Have started working for a level 1 q0 agent.... missions go fast in a an assault launcher fitted cerb (or standard launcher kestral) with my skills, hlaf the frigs pop with 1 or 2 light missile hits from the cerb, killing them faster then i can lock them.
Hopefully wont take to long did 16 missions in about an hour last night so its fairly speedy.
