HUFF PUBLIC ANNOUNCMENT
In light of recent events the following wars went into effect yesterday
Masuat'aa Matari
&
Anti Pirate Legion Force
I would like to wish you all the best of luck in the upcoming months, and hope that you die with honour.
On a side note I was told by members of -MM- That you would be the victors of this war, however, i have also been informed from neutral parties that there are going to be more corps coming to your aid, as well as the fact that your working with OBT and Anti Pirate Legion force. I for one will be keeping a close eye on the war declarations being submitted against us, and as always, we welcome any new wars that may be set.
I'm not saying for one minute that you shouldn't bring help, nor am i saying that you need help. Considering you claim to be a pvp corp., with high active member count leads me to believe your scared before the fighting has even started.
From this moment forward we will class each anti pirate legion force and any other corps that may be helping you in this as a direct -MM- loss, and a valid HUFF kill in the war figures.
PS....Alts scanning setups will be shot, just like the OBT alt was killed last night

I'm not a decision maker or spokesman for Freelance Unincorporated, so I can't say if we'll be fighting or not. My Previous comment was just a remark on the fighting ability of -MM-, which is great in every aspect. You'll have your hands full with them even with out support.

Thats what we want to be honest.
We do not underestimate them in any way shape or form. From the intel i gathered, -MM- are a very capable corp, and to be quite frank, i actually look forward to a challenging war

Frakri - I'd like to point out that the Masuat'aa Matari (as also mentioned elsewhere) have no official ties to any corporation or alliance. If we gang with other corps it's on a per-fight basis, so please kindly leave the anit-priate legion forces out of any kill list you might try and compile.
We may fight the same fight against the same people, but that does not make us allies.

Personally, I think he's just scared there may not be all that many -MM- kills from our corp, so he's going to try and add kills from other corps to make us look bad...

i estimate 6 pages until thread lock...
maybe i'll be able to finally visit my family of Scordite roids in Hot again. the judge is telling me that sending alimony just isn't enough to raise a good, healthy roid by itself. they need a father. i've been worried about them lately. i wasn't around for Grock's play recital, or Biff's DodgeMiner2 league playoffs. and the Au Pair tells me that little Noxxy is picking out her dress for the Holiday Orbital her school is putting on this weekend. i'll be damned if i'm not home to answer the door and harrass the big lummox of a roidster that comes to pick her up!! i just hope he's a Bistot...

If you want to prove something, go start something with one of the big 0.0 alliances. I for one am rather tired of reading a new "Huff declares war *posture**posture**posture*" thread every time I get on the boards.
Quit doing the newbie, small-time griefer corp forum warrior thing, its getting really old. Nobody anywhere in the galaxy gives a crap really.
And no you can't count me as a MM kill should you happen to be able to kill me. Honestly, what kind of desperate kill-count policy is that? Go play CS if you want kill numbers. "Hey guys, I just killed what MIGHT have been a scanning alt, add another 3 battleships to the kill list!"

-MM- are are a pvp corp from what i understand. The fact that they are based in empire makes them weak? or inferior? is that what your trying to say
-MM- have more members than us. Anti Pirate Legion force, are a very active corp also.....I think the name of the corp, and their goal, reflects the reason why we declared war on them.

If -MM- team up with another corp why should we not class their allies kills in the war figures? Makes sense to me. Either way, not 100% sure on the numbers but at a guess BETWEEN -mm- & anti pirate legion, i would say they have 3 members to our 1.
They don't claim to be no0bs, nor do they claim to not have the ability to fight, if you read the post you will see they stand up for themselves

PIE has been fighting MM (and its predecessors) for 18 months and they have some damn good pilots - and quite a few veterans - both of our and early CA wars.
To assume that Empire and roleplay corps don't know how to fight is a real mistake - as many pirates in Northern Providence found out during 'Operation Deliverance'

What you forgot to mention is that -MM- is a PVP Roleplaying Corp, Frakri.
Anyway, i just want to let you now, that i will fully focus my firepower to every Huff member i see in space. You war dec. is just a stupid attempt to make easy money and nothing more. You have decleared war on the wrong corporation. My point of view is you should be kicked out from empire space as fast as possible and we will try our best to reach this goal.

Greetings
What you forgot to mention is that -MM- is a PVP Roleplaying Corp, Frakri.
Anyway, i just want to let you now, that i will fully focus my firepower to every Huff member i see in space. You war dec. is just a stupid attempt to make easy money and nothing more. You have decleared war on the wrong corporation. My point of view is you should be kicked out from empire space as fast as possible and we will try our best to reach this goal.

The reasons why we decided to declare war on MM have nothing to do with us thinking we are picking on a smaller corp and can easily win. HUFF has decided to declare war on them for reasons that are our own. We do not care about their numbers. We do not care that they have other wars active. We are playing by the rules of the game and are constantly considered in the wrong because of the game path that we have chosen. It seems like in your "holier than thou" opinion the only reason to declare war that is valid is if you are the victim of ore thievery.
Like it or not, this war will go on. Deal with it how you may. And stop crying like babies about why we did it and the fact that we are "wrong". We are not wrong. We are just playing a game and looking for fun. If you don't like it......join another corp.

we HAVE fought evolution. We HAVE fought celes. We HAVE fought many wars. So have you. The reasons why we decided to declare war on MM have nothing to do with us thinking we are picking on a smaller corp and can easily win. Why must you try and post on the forumns and tell everyone why we did it. YOU DONT KNOW. I thank you to stop feeling like you can read our minds. As so many of you have posted, we might be in for a surprise. There goes your reasoning that we did this for a easy ganking.
HUFF has decided to declare war on them for reasons that are our own. We do not care about their numbers. We do not care that they have other wars active. We are playing by the rules of the game and are constantly considered in the wrong because of the game path that we have chosen. It seems like in your "holier than thou" opinion the only reason to declare war that is valid is if you are the victim of ore thievery.
Like it or not, this war will go on. Deal with it how you may. And stop crying like babies about why we did it and the fact that we are "wrong". We are not wrong. We are just playing a game and looking for fun. If you don't like it......join another corp.

We are Anti-Pirate indeed tho we had not even know u or head beef with u. U come and demand from everyone the nice sum of 500mils to settle a war b4 it has been begun. Hmm nice goin.. who tells us u will settle the wars then? I mean be honest to ureselfs, ure pirates.
Xcept that its for all honest and hardworking eveplayers a question of principles not to accept ure ¦¦offer¦¦.
Going for the claim of 3 on 1 i dont c if u are at all what u claim to be, xperienced players.
If u where u would be aware of that every corp that is on a notably big membercount has meany new and inactive players that are not quite up to a lvl of xperience where they can fight PvP in big style. And since ure corp is filled with 2003 longtimers u should think about ure talks about ¦¦they are very active too¦¦ Sure we are for the small part ripping their arse off to build this corp up.
So lets get down that membercount u claim outmatching u to half each for both of the corps u initially delcared war against. Umm wait that makes us even..odd isnt it?
U say we shouldnt drag other corps into this. Y shouldnt we? U where aware of the fact that we are member of an alliance. So did u think they just watch?
Like mentioned b4 u do that nice: ¦¦Oh look a possible ALT lets pop him!¦¦ thingy and still wonder about corps grouping up to strike u outa sheer principle and concern for the new players of eve.
Ure talking about that everyone thats in a helpful association with another player is an allie and like u put it even trading with them makes them allies. Umm so the whole eve universe is allied?? Cool i didnt know that yet. We should bring some 9k ppl in then i think. Stupid isnt it?
Ah wait! U now realized finally that we have legal backup around and that we had allies ourselfs. Now u bring in a mercenary corporation that declared war on us 2day. Brave..
U waged a 2 front war against multiple corporations and are now a lil stuck. And now tell us u didnt think about that possibility. Do u ever check corporation infos about their base, members and alliances???
Fuglife: As for ure bragging about 6 vs.1 earlier and us not coming out.. Umm how should i put it.. U didnt brag about us making a fallout out of our place with 2 BS¦s and a cruiser with pretty new chars did u? Well i didnt c any.
I could spent hours checking my chatlogs for what was said in local but i dont think its worth that work.
Lets just say u got all quiet after the first engagement when u warped in to ure station campingpoint and where jammed and fired upon.
Say what did u do again? Oh! Yes! U warped to SS. brave again...Did i mention it wasnt quite 6 vs. 1 at that point? Ah yes i did.
2cnd engagement at the gate wasnt a too fancy one either from ure side. U came in dampened me and shot not at me but at the weakest.. the cruiser.. leet of u. Oh wait and u didnt even blow him up did u? He jumped even without insta and so did we.
Unlike 6 yes u heard right 6 huff in the system camping a good deal earlier when a few MM popped in and u where waiting for us. Thistime we camped the gate oursides. Did u come? Umm well yes 2 of u jumped out but that was fast.. Oh right U where using a insta. The rest of u logged or simply hung around SS.
3rd engagment with u on our fallout u simply where against 1 BS heading to the gate without insta again.
U popped out a few misls and he hit half ure shield down in a few secs. What did u do a sec b4 i came in?
Oh right i remember u cloaked and where never seen again by me that day.
A lil later i admit u camped again and blow up a ship or 2 but umm what did u blow up? Ah right 2 cruisers with newbie pilots with ure claoked BS¦s leet...
So much for ure bragging.
Now to adress that talk about us running away.. say are u ever somewhere in great number when warparties are near? Umm no our scanners and informansts say ure scattered all over the place and switch between the 2 fronts u created ureselfs.
Oh and if u ever are more then 2 in a system and a reasonable number of enemies near that are even with ure forces u do the ¦¦Who can avoid get boredom from hiding at SS the longest?¦¦ game. Just like everybody else. Tho U give dirty names not worthy of a honorable eveplayer to those that do the same. Odd y dont they? Did u ever hear us smacktalk? No dont search ure logs i already did.. And guess. Yes, No smacktalk of us. Funny isnt it?

That, in itself, will lead many people to the wrong reasons as to why you have declared. To be frankly honest you're your own worst enemy when it comes to attracting flames on this forum.
I've seen elsewhere that some of your members are over 30 and married with kids. From the smack talk I've seen in local, I'd have never have guessed this.
What you always fail to see is that most don't mind you declaring wars etc. What they/I object to is the inane drivel that most of you corp spout forth with regular monotony and then have the audacity to get offended when you get flamed for it.
Most of the RP community conducts its business in a reasonably grown up manner and takes offence at having to deal with people that act like yourselves. If you were a little more mature in the way you went about things you wouldnÆt get half the problems you do.
Your grasp of wars/politics etc smacks of playground bullies. æWeÆre going to beat you up!!, oh but if you bring your friends to help weÆll get more of our mates to kick them in tooÆ
So you start a fight and if it gets out of hand and you start to loose, youÆre going to go crying to someone else for helpà. You didnÆt really do you homework at all.

In repsonse to the ANTI PIRATE guys post regarding us "bringing in mercs" Why the hell would we need to do that? you guys won't fight us with 4 to 1 odd's, what in gods name makes you think we would bring more people? Please use your brains HUFF vs APLF = Huff control system, APLF, either ss, or dock. HUFF + FREINDS vs APLF......well it's gonna be the same isn't it.
To be honest i don't think it matters who we declared war on, the flames would still be the same. It's kinda sad that people have this much hate towards a corp. I think you should all sit back and relax, and try to have some fun in the game

Dont ask for permission, just go anyway, find a quite backwater system, get some secure cans with ammo (or just fly an amarr ship!) and fill yer boots. The only problem is getting in and out of the chokepoint systems, which can be a hassle...but isnt really that hard if your patient, or have instas.

My money is on MM, they actually have a couple victories in fleet situations against PIE... thats more than anyone else in the game. And they have survived from the beggining of the minnie terrorist attacks on Amarr. Again something only a few groups can claim.

If you really think that about PIE... you need to read some history on the guilds you are fighting, and the guilds those guilds are fighting, and the guilds your own guild has fought in the past.
MM has a strong core of older players who when they work together can be extremely effective... this allowed for them to gain 2 separate large scale victories in the first couple weeks of the war with the CVA.
However, there have been many more than two battles in this war, and in most of these even when MM did not win they fought hard with honor.

your right edo! we lost 3 bs, 1 at at a gate gank and another at a login gank (or so im told) the last one was lost in a big old skirmish which i think was great fun, but with odds stacked heavily against us ( 2 bs and a assult frig) vs at least another 3 bs and support i dont think it went too badly... but hey good fight. ravens/apocs 40mill loss tops? those assualt frigs hurt the isk pool alot harder

I think that the point being made is that it costs only a little more to lose a fully insured BS than an assault frigate. That being because the insurance payout on assaults sucks.

signed up to huff yesterday, had one hell of a time last night..
2 losses for me, nothing major.. those sentries need a good nerfing, they wtfpwned me ;)

signed up to huff yesterday, had one hell of a time last night..
2 losses for me, nothing major.. those sentries need a good nerfing, they wtfpwned me ;)
nice to see you AUS guys again and my old 'friends' of Z Associates..
you now have the chance to station camp me like you used to do when i was -10 in passari..
greetz to the raptor and cormorant pilots in hakonen, i don't think they'll underestimate my rifter again ;O
tonight, i'll be mining, more fighting tuesdays/wednesday!

Is it always that laggy in big fights? My PC was running in Jerkovision last night when all those guys warped in. I mean, what the bloody hell are all those damn lights about?
It didn't help much that I didn't have a clue what was going on and had soiled my Caracal. I've had to leave the windows open all day......

It didn't help much that I didn't have a clue what was going on and had soiled my Caracal. I've had to leave the windows open all day......

just HAD to read this post from the begining..
i can only assume that the mods are placing bets to see if this really HAS become the biggest smack-fest so far this year..
we've stumbled into this war with HUFF due to exodus' new alliance rules but it's been fun so far. boy, do you guys smacktalk local!
it really is quite impressive.. by far the most i've witnessed in the 16 months i've been playing this game.

It used to be much worse mate, but I agree that gate was very bad.
I was looking forward to seeing the new spiffeh Exodus explosion of my geddon, but I ctd'd just as I was about to go into structure.
Kinda upset about that, but cool with the ships loss - fully insured, and almost all of the equipment was NSA loot drops - what kind people
