Colonel, You seem like a decent enough chap and ufo8mycat, whom contacted me several times on your behalf to try and avoid any confrontation, is certainly a stand-up individual. However, your association with Victoria Ehr is one I must question. Since her first involvement in this issue she has been derogatory and abusive. Even after we posted that our differences are settled, she continues to war-monger and smack:

I have often been accused of being a poor communicator... perhaps I had hidden my intentions as to what would bring about the end of this war? But then I guess if she comprehends words as poorly as she spells them...
Victoria, as I stated in our almost pleasant convo today in Tunttaras local: 'Alls fair in Love and War, thank you for teaching me a lesson I would have never even though of'. While I'm willing to accept the loss of my recon with grace, looking back now with the knowledge that Victoria is the 1337 pilot she self proclaims. I can't help but wonder if perhaps she knew she was exploiting?

The war on Manny has now been retracted, I simply did it to protect a fello noob friend. I cant help but feel abandoned in this war, that he started.Yet I'm left to handle his enemy alone. Not that I could not I could do so I'm never down for a fight when Its surely even. I cant believe someone I once helped would give in and apologize with all the support he surely has, then realizes perhaps Manny is not as dangerous as TMP and Vic put together and tries to reverse his apology in hope we would not belittle his surrender....I here by Declare war on Black Market Warefare (BMW.) Let TMP teach them never to back down and never give in no matter how bad it gets, This is Eve you dont quit when you get picked on, you simply push back AND HARDER....
Goodluck Colonel you were a good guy who I wished to ally with, but you show me a weakness I cannot have in my alliance, if you thought Manny was something to be afraid of, your going to love 2 Pilgrims stalking your every move....
As for Manny I have nothing against you, I stood up for the fello noob community In hope to teach them you dont get pushed over, you push back and with more force....I have noobs in my corp without a doubt you can prey on, but unlike Colonel I can protect them. This thread delivers, and is funnier than a french farce.
Thread TR;DL version -
Many Decs the Colonels corp for 'spamming' the help channel until he apolgizes, the colonel refuses, Ufo8 decs manny's corp for deccing a noob corp, Victoria joins in on the Colonels side, poppping manny's recon in the process.
The colonel finally apologizes to the community, Manny recends the dec, and reimburses losses, Victoria decides to dec the colonel for backing down, ufo8 who had decced Manny for deccing the Colonels corp, now decides to Dec Colonels corp because they backed down, colonel comes to the board and says thanks to manny for the shiney new ships his noobs got and says he didnt really mean the apology.
A C&P thread doesnt get much better......

You know....I have 100% full support from everybody, I ask quite a few people on what they think of the subject of war decing the Black Market Warfare corp, and everyones answer is simply YES, DOOO EEEEET....But yet I hesitate to just hit that "Take Effect" button wondering what will trully come of this....A few griefs for my killboard? Im sure we woint even get much spoils to the war as you guys are noobs colonel, if I was to kill one of you and actually find a T2 item on one of your wrecks Id be incredibly suprised....Im sure almost 100% of the people reading this forum would be in laughfter how Ive turned to kill the noobs now...Im still undecided Colonel, I dont know to call you lucky, or to say Grow some balls, I surely havent made my decision yet and I await a better reason to kill you and your men....I guess its hard to have flown with someone and next second be shooting at them....I watched as your PoS was stolen by pirates, and gave you advice and helped you guys whenever it was needed, even tried to keep Vic on a leash to keep him from tearing you guys up, cant believe youd back down....Disappointment is whats going to make me Dec you my good friend....

Considering a petition to GMs would have taken care of this issue, yeah, I think you need to work on those communication skills of yours.
As you must be well aware, being a channel regular and all, it says that recruiting on help channel is forbidden right there in the MOTD of the channel, and GMs take a surprisingly dim view of people spamming ads in wrong channels.
