Is it random or is it once every 24 hours or twice a week? I seen all these answers and was wondering what you had to say1

I personally do not believe anyone except CCP knows the exact respawn mechanics but Mr. DeVries statement is fairly close, but there are constellations out there where the belts respawn daily even though the constellation does not contain a 0.9-1.0 system in it. I would be curious if someone can confirm high sec systems do not respawn daily? Perhaps any constellation with only high sec systems respawns daily... This is one of the great mysteries of the universe.

I'm in FW, and it sucks that bunkers can only be attacked right after down time. Downtime is 4-5AM for me here in AZ. So to be involved in bunker busting I have to get up early, and then am late for work. Also, new FW plexes spawn at DT, so if the Amarr want to stop us from busting a bunker, they can log in right after downtime and scan any vulnerable systems for plexes. They run those plexes before we've had a chance to bust the bunker, and then we're stuck waiting another whole day before we can take it. How about how BPOs for new items spawn right after downtime. If you wanted to be the first to... say... have small anti-em shield rigs on the market, then you had to be on right as the system came back up from the patch. If you didn't get one of the BPOs soon enough, then you had to wait at least another whole day for the NPC orders to respawn. Same for any new skills created. How about the respawn of missions at downtime. If you're farming a mission and someone has scanned down your plex, they can farm it before you. The DED plexes also respawn at downtime, so (or so I hear as I've not bothered) some people go to the complex's first gate, then logoff just before downtime. As soon as the system comes back up, it is a race to get the overseer item to be the only one that can get into the next room for many hours. There are... IMO... LOTS of issues with CCP's spawn mechanics.

Once NPC orders are sold out, they immediately respawn at a higher rate. This mechanic is a version of price control. You don't have to wait for DT to purchase the item.

Go here http://evemaps.dotlan.net/ view regions, filter by jumps in the past 24h or filter by npc kills in the past 24k, note down the quiet systems, switch filter to show belts per system, go there, mine. as always, do some ****ing research = win -- Nothing is worthless, you may have gotten it for free but it still has an inherent value

I seen all these answers and was wondering what you had to say1 Firstly ur a failure if u couldn¦t figure it out, but i¦m feeling generous today so i¦ll tell you what i have observed over the past 6 months; Regens occur every downtime, It takes 3 days till full regen to max for belt to be acheived from zero .. Edit, u can also probe out low level sites with onboard scanner if u skill less and mine those if u can tank a few drones, Burrows give about 12 million trit.... ...... continues overleaf.
