When I terminate eve in a specific way, it craps my PC completely, it makes all my fullscreen applications run with, what seems like background idle FPS until I restart my PC.
This is how I produce the bug:
1) Have 2 instances of eve running, do an alt-tab.
2) Terminate one of the eve applications by clicking the small red "x" you when hovering over one of the instances.
3) All your fullscreen applications (including other eves) will run at background idle FPS until you restart your PC.
Here's some numbers of FPS, before and after:
Eve: 60/5
Minecraft: 300/25
Diablo 3: 60/10
It's seriously annoying this happens, and I have to restart my PC even if I shut down all thats eve related to get this ****** glitch away from my PC.

Does the ExeFile.exe close correctly, aka does it get removed from the process list in Windows Task Manager?

The ExeFile.exe is removed completely from the process list. This only happens if I click the red cross, it will ask me "Are you sure you want to quit?" (and then you can make it always do this by ticking the little square), if I cancel this exit or exit the game the fps lag will start on all applications even those who run in window mode, as if the game was still in front view. |

I would really like to investigate this issue but to do this I need you to submit a good bug report and post the bug report ID here.
Without a DXDiag and a LogServer log of the shutdown I can't do a lot unfortunately.
