Have probe scans with an accuracy of 5-25km based on skill, sort of like a general area ping. Target will hear the ping. Have bombs that will detonate at a certain distance from the ship, a near hit will send out a shock wave to de-cloak a ship.

To be perfectly honest: No, they're not. But there are just as many "don't touch my invulnerability button" whiners as there are cloak-whiners, so I don't foresee anything about the cloaking mechanic changing for a long time.

Sure.. add a bubble and we have unbeatable gate camps. Bubble camps really do need a big boost... right?
