The name of this event, shall be dubbed the: THE CAREBEAR RECLAIMING We miners make the ships that PVPÆers fly, and the ammo they shoot at us in space. The utter shortness of events like Hulkageddon, appalls me. Let us stand together, and send a message the these little children who think they can bully us in game. Pilots like myself and David Grogan are willing to cut into our profit margin for as long as we have to, in order to declare war on these want to be ôLeet sauceö PVPÆers, who donÆt know how to get a decent fight outside of picking on industrialists. My friend, David Grogan, has come up with this excellent idea in this thread --->>> Linkage Do we not mine the very ore that builds the market? Do we not manufacture the very ships, PVPÆer use to declare war against us? We will hike up the prices of ore on the market. We will do the same for invention, and ship construction. But we cannot no do this aloneà a call goes out to all pilots of sensibility and good virtue. Help us teach these fail PVP'ers a lesson. If we work togetherWE CAN DO THIS!!!! Coordinate all responses with David Grogan, for he is the mastermind of this endeavor. Also, post here if you are willing to do what needs to be done in order to achieve the greater good. ISK isn't everything, and we have more then enough of it to make this happen. In the end WE rule eve, and we can send a message to the rest of new Eden, that we are not the "helpless, selfish carebears" that they think we are. TOGETHER WE CAN RECLAIM THE SANCTITY OF EMPIRE!!! I haven't been playing for very long but at least I know that much. IMO, there are a couple of easy ways to avoid Hulkageddon. A. Mine in 0.0 in space controlled by your alliance. B. If you insist on mining in high-sec during Hulkageddon mine with a Rokh and fit a decent tank. You'll only pull in a bit more then a retriever but with 100k+ ehp you'll be considerably harder to gank. Of course, insure it so if you do get suicide ganked you can recover the large part of the ship cost. C. Don't mine during Hulkageddon. There's plenty of other fun (and profitable) things to do in Eve. D. Fit a thrasher with artillery and participate in Hulkageddon yourself. :D Just a little advice.
