Well the weekend's almost upon us. Presumably if we can get to Monday morning without another delay announcement then Shiva / Exodus will be go on Tuesday.
I was wondering, does anyone expect it to actually happen this time, or are you, like me, waiting to hear it's delayed again this weekend?
I'm hoping to be pleasantly surprised this time....

Aren't there already a couple threads with the exact same topic?  I guess I'll have to go with IBTL for posting something that already has an active thread. I'll let the mods post the link to it though.

tbh I dont mind if they take another week or so. By the looks of the thread on a fleet battle and them doing a sisi db update test. I think they will do ok if no showstoppers are left by today....otherwise I would expect a delay, maybe a two week delay would be better but longer than that and your looking at decreased player count really with some people clinging on for shiva while the market becomes increasingly competitive.
lets face it as well, at least with the skill training system here you can take a break be be none the worse for it anyway and play HL2 happily.

Ive been following Singularity since it became active and tbh I thought it was going to be pushed way back with all the bugs and everything. Eventually I gave up logging into singularity and stayed with TQ.
This morning I logged into singularity, and I was amazed at how polished the game has become. Im now very optimistic it will have a "not so bumpy" launch this coming tues/weds.

Like a lot of people, I'd rather see it later rather than sooner with lots of bugs.
I know that when it comes to TQ, there will be bugs (things not really reproducable on Sisi) but that's part of system development.
My vote is that CCP take as long as is needed.

There is no pending announcement to delay the Exodus deployment again. We have an internal schedule for the milestones needed to deploy Exodus and everything is on track.

like i said befor, better they take another month then rush it becouse we say so. it could end up being our nightmare for it. any true gammer know's to rush a game out too please there fans most times ends up having the opposite effect.

just by the looks of it, things look good on the test server... if any other bugs come up or what not... then well they had uber evasive skills and got past everyone 
other then that i will say its not going to get delayed... but knowing things IRL, when there is an opportunity for the worst to happen it usually makes its way in some how 
guess thatĘs why you try and plan things out best/worst case scenarios

i too am choosing to remain carefully sceptical of Exodus's *successful* release. i'm forseeing lots of problems, possibly an effective delay because of unplayability, but that's okay. i have other things to do. i'll be back to play my EVE, no worries. am really looking forward to higher framerates, new eye candy, and joining the ranks of HDY to assist in their exploration of all that Exodus has to offer.

After the latest 2 patches on the test server Exodus looks like it will make it the 23rd, its freakin awesome over there now. I'm no longer finding 10 bugs after the 1st 20mins of being logged on and sitting in a station! lol
Most major bugs have been fixed, there have been a few people reporting CTDs but well we get that with castor now.
b4 these last patches i was expecting another delay, but tbh i think its now ready, maybe a bit more tweaking and some minor bug fixes and she'll be ready!
just dont expect the BC's and desty's to be good :(

If your going to be a supportive playerbase about anything be supportive about weaker ships being released while they are under the gun.
Its a relatively minor affair to go back and raise the power of a class of ships after you have alot of time to ponder it. But when your trying to make a deadline the last thing you want to do is release something overpowered and spend the next year fighting the playerbase that its overpowered.
Caution is wise when trying to expand things rapidly. Its easy to go around giving bonuses. Its hard to go around nerfing stuff.

if its delayed again, i wont be able to play it. Sub runs out at the end of november, nothing i've seen so far in it looks like solving eve's problems.

i totaly think its going to get delayed or alot features cut. but.... what can you do? like people said i rather it have less bugs and belate then have loads of bugs and be on time

Well, the problems you have with Eve are not going to be solved by some magic patch. you have to find what makes the game fun for you, then the patch will either breath more life into that intrest, or take some out of it.
course you never stated what you believe to be eve's problems, so i guess well never know

Well, the problems you have with Eve are not going to be solved by some magic patch. you have to find what makes the game fun for you, then the patch will either breath more life into that intrest, or take some out of it.
course you never stated what you believe to be eve's problems, so i guess well never know

I don't think there are going to be more delays. Instead we will have to suffer a 24 hours downtime :)
