Instead U bought a Toon for 2 Bil with 8 Mil SP's , make up our mind,youre in the market of buying and selling/price cuts etc or waisting my time for the second time ?

i dont understand why you get upset
even though i dont have to give any explanations, i'm out looking for a tech2 manufacturer. i found a character that does exactly what i need for only 2 bil so i bought it. i also lost an auction of a perfected science character so i thought yours as a replacement until i found the one that fulfilled the minimum of my requirements.
after all its my isk

If I check the character sheet it says: Automatic API Update disabled, Reason: Login denied by account status.
and if I check the skills it last showed then it is only 9 production slots?
Advanced Mass Production / Rank 8 / Level: 3 / SP: 64,000 of 362,039 Level 3
Though you had to have level 4 to get 10 slots?
