Hello ***gots,
this is my first veideo ever, so dont be too harsh :-)
till today i was happy to be able to play games with my PC etc.
but now i tryed to take my fraps material and make a video with sony vegas 9 
bit backround to the fights:
as you know, few weeks ago TRI moved back north to spank NC a bit
we staged in h-pa at this time and made loads of fleets to get some pew pew.
one day NC growed some balls and moved towards 9-2/h-pa.
lets see wat happend....
Video is 20:31min long, res 1440 x 1080
1,060 GB
program used:
sony vegas 9
music: all Nightwish, cuz its cool, if you dont like it f**k off!

I just watched it, but you need to get better at frapsing, the video material was not that good (my opinion).
First of all, i know large fights are not very entertaining to watch, but you can try to make them look more interesting (gunfire, explosions, etc).
Maybe play around more with the camera. Add comments about whats happening on screen.
The first fight is boring to watch, all you see is a bubble floating around in space from very far away.
You dont see any ships, and without the targets and overview noone would know whats going on. 
The second fight was much better, you actually see some ships flying around. But it still lacks action (Gunfire!)
I hope my hints are usefull for your videos :]

k thx for the infos, but used same fraps and settings in the first fight  .
will care more about bit action next time.
but as you saw local was at 400+ and laggy as hell, i rly dont wanna turn on any effects at this point
