- be able to fly a t2 fitted battle cruiser or better.
- know the difference between passive and active align:)

what is your corp? what is your alliance? what is your kb link? Are you pirate or anti-pi? etc etc etc.
not much info bud. you want peeps to join you but from the get-go, imo, you show a lack of interest in providing information.

Guess you missed the part 'Negative sec welcome but not mandatory'
We have 2 areas 0.0 and lowsec. We are NBSI depending on where you are and who u shoot u may lose sec. If this bothers you go away
If you doubt my word you could simply google our K/B(after you link my name) - all in all less keystrokes than your post
But ill make it easy for the rest
