A few comments:
You cannot sell the account, only the char - and that char has to be in an NPC corp at time of transfer. You also cannot sell it with assets.

Thank you for the advice, im leaving corp, will be NPC in less than 24 Hours.

I would say about 6-7 billion for him. Considering the going rate is about 200-300 isk/sp 6 puts you at 240 isk/sp and 7 gives you 280 isk/sp. Some people on these forums seem to think because their character is "specialized" that they can get more isk for them. You can look throughout the forum and do the math on several characters. Notice the ones getting hardly any or zero bids are the ones who are overpriced because they think their character is "special". Even the special ones will typically end up falling in that price range, but on the higher end closer to 300. Just my 2 cents. I'm not offering a bid just giving you your price check. I do like the name because it would be more difficult than average to call primary.

On the plus side - you got a pretty cool name :)
Carrier pilots tend to go for more than the average mistrained "pvp" pilot or even less desirable average-joe-hulk.
I would not sell this char for less than 8 bil, more likely 10 bill, myself, but then, I am a tough bargainer. Unfortunately, it has been buyers market in this forum for a while. You have a very, very welltrained carrier pilot. Anyone trying to talk it down are just trying to rip you off...

Yea cause your going to get 10 for 24 million sp char when 5-70 million sp chars are selling from 10-14 billion gl with that !

i may be a char reseller but at least i dont give the guy fake expectation of what his char is worth.
The facts are pretty simple really if he wants to sell his char he will not be able to sell it for 10 billion cause u can get alot more sp and alot more char for that kind of isk.
