If u have 4b bid,just sell it :) Coz really it cant costs 4b.Its only 15 m sp char.Ur learnings are not good ...

No offence but I made a price check post, was advised to start an auction at 3.5 bil - I'm slightly cheekily asking to start bidding at 4.
He has no wasted skills and is ready to go for pretty much all pvp ops / lvl 4 mission running, I think he's easily worth this much so please carry on bidding or if he's not for you then just don't bid
