I would like to know what the following items are worth (roughly):
(1) Hardwiring - Inherent 'Lancer' G1-GAMMA implant (gives 2% damage bonus to medium energy turrets).
(2) 'Refuge' Adaptive Nano Plating - 15.36% resistance bonus to all damage types.
(3) A standard 2pt perception implant.

Look on the Market in a major region (such as The Forge, or Essense, etc....), and look at Escrow.
As +3 Perception Implants can EASILY be had for less than 5 million, I'd guess you could sell it for between 1 million and 2 million. Don't expect a fast sale at 2 million, it might take a few weeks, if ever, if you try and sell for 2 million.
Naga is not always 100% current, but they are always a good place to look for price information
