They've fallen in value pretty dramatically since the patch and I don't really know what's going to happen to them.

Since the number of reactors used in T2 production was slashed heavily with Dominion, many T2 producers currently have large stockpiles of reactors that will last for months. Until the stockpiles are depleted, the demand for Fermionic Condensates will remain extremely low. After that, the demand will gradually start picking up but it will remain much lower than used to be pre-Dominion.

It's hard to take you seriously when:

No. If I was you I would stockpile all the reactors I could at below 90k prices as that is what they were before and you can bank on them being that again.

The price of condensates has fallen recently, you could almost say it evaporated. 
But as already stated, this is due to the confusion and uncertainty that are all part of the post-patch festivities, enjoy it while it lasts, because those prices won't stay down forever.
