Standings to create high-sec POS in Caldari, Ammatar and Khanid Regions (and with one or two more storyline missions in Amarr as well)
Passive income from over 360 RP each day from 5 research agents, could be easily increased to well over 400 for the ambitious researcher

Excellent PvP and PvE pilot, over 9 mil SP in Missiles, focused on the bigger ones
all the side skills needed to be a most efficient shooter and tanker, with 65 skills at lvl 5
More then 10mil SP in Spaceship Command, incl. Caldari Battleship and Command Ship at lvl5

positive security status
positive wallet
unproblematic employment history
a full set of +3 implants

This pilot can be a major boost for your Corporation or Alliance with his leadership skills, will be a formidable sub-capital fighter in 0.0 and low-sec (and is ready to jump into a dreadnought), and is probably the best possible pilot to support a mission running or wormhole exploring Corporation.
Make him your new main character, you will be loved by your comrades! You will love him yourself, while enjoying his skills by offering POS-erection services, Alliance-creation services, or passive income from datacores. Introduce a new service as rent-a-muscle for other corporations while boosting them with your top leadership skills for whatever they want to do.
Total skillpoints at present over 54mil SP, and the account will run for another 2 months, continuing with some more training, so no hurry on my side to sell, but probably on your side to buy!

Hey I don't want to burst your bubble but you need to come back to reality. Yes, those leaderships skills are nice and Alliance creation is also nice but no one is going to give you 25bil for your character soley based on that.
Oh, there is an 83mil SP player that is currently going for 16bil; yeah he does not have your Corporation/leadership kills; and you still have 9bil to play with after that

Very nice character, but personally I would think you should be looking at 15bil B/O, 10bil starting.

I know that I could sell him for 15 bil b/o without too much hazzle. But I will keep and train him for another 2 months, because the account is still paid for that period and I have no other use for it, and probably someone is desperate and rich enough to just shrug over the money and purchase this pilot, because he has a use and need for him right away. I'll keep it that way for another month or more, and then probably adjust the pricing.

I got this char as you see it, with 14B a month or two back, so be reasonable. 15B BO is your best by far. Really. Good leadership skills but only for caldari. Well, pvp is mostly NOT cladari, and leadership with huge fleets is not missions, so here you need training.
