GoonSwarm is proud to include our new best friends, CVA, into the GoonSwarm coalition. Since the sudden death of all of our allies and the impending invasion of IT/AAA that will demolish all of our space and send us into the ash heap of Eve history, CVA has been in constant contact with our diplomatic team. CVA is dedicated to the expansion of the Amarrian Empire and the proliferation of a nrds policy so that at the end of the day everyone is a happy, peaceful servant in the Amarrian Empire.

We clearly do not wish to work with any of the major entities on either side of the conflict.

Simply put we were not Seizing or Agressively going after any -A- Space at current.

Clearly from these instances it has been indeed the evil empire of -A- and their Slaves UK who have been part and parcel of an aggressive nature on the peace loving, good nature free peoples of providence.

Indeed it was -A- who clearly went on an offensive nature, they who deemed such space unworthy of sovereignty. CVA, its holders and allies of the providence foundations were merely and simply defending ourselves against hostile placements of sovereignty blockade units.

We will cannot stand idly by while the greater providence community is assaulted, so we have been forced to engage in some escalation of events.

This does not by any means include any talks with goons or their allies, but we are always open to discussions of neutrality for their pilots and that of their allies, provided the pay restitution for the past criminal acts and agree to follow a NRDS policy in Amarr space, Providence, the parts of catch we patrol and w-space to the best of the ability of their members.

The same option is always open to most alliances, even those horrid dirty smelling minnies, thou i doubt they could ever be trusted and probably wouldn't be able to cope with surrendering to CVA.
