Hey,
Can freighters enter wormholes? And if they can, what classes? 1,2,3,4,5,6?
Also, can they fit under pos bubble?

Yes you can enter WH with freighter. There are even some highsec-highsec WH you can use (did this some times in the past when I found a WH leading from Minmatar 0.7 to caldarispace 0.5 saving 37 jumps to move some goods).
It just depends on the max-jumpable mass of the WH. Get WH Thingie or one of the spreadsheets out there where the WH name and Masslimitations are written down. There are some WH that can't jump a freighter and you won't find a WH to a C1 which is BC max normaly, at least not from known space.
Every ship can fit into a pos shield. A soon as the center is inside you can't get targeted.
Remeber that you can launch POS and POS modules from a freighter but won't be able to put fuel into the tower to online as you can't load in space without an online POS in range.

What happens if you have an Orca next to it? Does that allow it? I'm suddenly interested in this topic.

Doesn't matter or change things. OTOH the orca could set up the POS after which the freighter could load.

could capital or super-capital ships go to WH space? Could they use cyno's to jump from one WH system to another? Could ships us a titans jumpbridge if it was in a WH?

capital ships can enter class 6 (maybe class 5 not sure). They cannot enter anything below afaik. I have never heard of a Titan or mothership being used in a Wormhole.
Most people who have capital ships in sub class 5 WH's built the ships in the WH and are stuck there.
Cyno's, jump bridges, and vat bays (for empire to WH jumping) do not work in WH's.
