Isthar does best against kin followed by thermal so stick to Guristas, Serpentis etc. Highs Whatever. I fit a cloak and a civilian gun. Rigs Field Purger Rigs. T2 ones are worth the training though not sure if they're worth the price. PVP Nano'd Shield Buffer Lows DC, 2x ODs 2x Nanos Mids MWD Medium Cap Booster 1x Invuln field 2x LSE Highs 3x small electron blasters (for killing drones only) Rigs 2x field extenders

The fact you think they're necessary is disturbing. The PVP layout would never be in range to use them so what's the point? You'd commit suicide trying to get into neut range.

The Ishtar is not a Vagabond, so you're not necessarily the one who decides range. When you are in neut range, a neut is a very nice thing to have.
