Two downtime's without character transfer. No communication to the numerous attempts made by myself.
Good luck when the GM's catch up with you and look to ban accounts the ISK has filtered through too.
To any GM's reading this, please process my unread petition that has been open for over 30 hours now and refund me the 4.9bill ISK.
