This is a brilliant character for learning PvP or as an alt to train in the direction you wish to go. I have learnt all the boring skills for you! This character is setup to fly Minmatar frigates (incl. t2) well right off the bat, why not start off your PvP career losing a stack of Rifters? Who cares, it's not your main. :)
