I know that around 6 eve time is the absolute slowest time.. I think that is aussie TZ maybe? Otherwise, all TZs are pretty active.. Most active is EU for sure.

FBS is essentially a w-space farming operation.
Members generally aren't permitted to engage in PI, mining or gas harvesting. Ship replacement and T3 production is much touted, but the reality is rare to non-existant.
PVP is allowed to an extent. It's purpose is mainly to keep the pew hounds happy long enough for them to get back to work. The corp creams off a healthy percentage of all PVE loot and salvage.
The CEO will send angry ranting emails to the entire corp if he feels a PVP engagement was ill advised or it didn't go 100% to plan. Although he does have to hear about the battles third hand as he doesn't tend to mix with the 'worker bees'.
The officers who do get involved in corp activities have been known to hide out mid battle to save their own skin. Then launch into staggering demented tirades of obsenity over comms, if asked why they're not fighting for their lives on the front lines with the rest of the fleet.
It's quite a big corp, and it does still boast some very acomplished Eve players and great guys. But many have left recently or are still involved in the delicate process of trying to extract their assests without being podded in the process.
Actually leadership skills amoungst the officers are painfully scarce. The closest thing they have is an articulate and politically savvy senior officer, Stovo. Who isn't especially concerned with honesty.
Former members are often war dec'd as a matter of principle. 'I put a lot of work into this corp and they have the nerve to just leave without even saying why' Etc.
About a month ago the corp suffered a major theft amoutning to around 15 bil ISK in ships. The theives were amazingly real life friends of the CEO, who decided he needed a lesson in humility.

Are you guys interested in people who are NOT willing to do any PvP? I can fly a Buzzard and have Astrometrics at 5. Can fly ships up to a Golem on Caldari side. Looking for exploration, ratting, sleepers.... Not interested in PvP however, except for those times when it cant be avoided.

Our current activity periods
EURO tz : This is our Anchor timezone atm. Features Daily activity
US tz : This tz has spillover activity from Euro as well as US guys logging on at tail end of Euro Ops
Ausie tz ( after DT ) : We are about 2 -3 pilots away from getting this to be a daily thing. Right now Ops are sporadic in this timezone.
We are looking for enthusiastic and capable pilots for all 3 timezones

Since Aussie TZ is their weakest (rest is highly active) I would say MOAR AUSSIES/KIWIS/ASIANS!!!

Some background on what to expect in FBS
Our group is welcoming and we like making friends. A sense of humor is highly valued in here.
We were probably the first WH corp to run both Daily Shield and Armor fleets early 2010. That opportunity is still on offer. Most of the other corps were strictly either one at the time. Although we have run C6 we prefer C5 due to ease & frequency of getting a group together at various timezones.
FBS engage in funky stuff as well, we are relatively laid back & won't repeatedly chastise or constrict your PVP activities for sake of protecting some ganking stats on kill-boards. Our guys also understand the difference between PVP & ganking an inferior force. We just follow certain protocols irrespective of the outcome of the fights.
If you would like to run with an experienced group that have wormholers from the Apocrypha release of WH & also enjoy a casual environment check us out.
