No, it means as D1.1 is being replaced today, moms, sorry super carriers, are going to be a sought item now, and there are plenty of SC sales that start in this range, and this nyx is fitted far better too, so it's definitely worth it.
If you're poor, then go earn some isk, other gtfo out this thread unless it's a bid.
