I have been fighting in FW for a while now. Managed to generate my first 100k LPs. Can someone please guide me on the best way to start converting this into ISK? What should i be buying? where should i be selling and so on. Just how profitable is FW?

The people who make the most isk off of it aren't going to tell you how, just study the market and lp store, grab the calculator and do the math, it really isn't that difficult. |

Look at the items in the LP store. Find those items in the market. Figure out which ones sell for the most profit.
Other options, compare the prices at different locations across the universe. The faster you want to turn a profit (buying the item and selling), most of the time that means the less profit you will make. Take your time, watch the market and figure out the best time sell.
This applies to everything in Eve, not just the LP store. |

You're going to get really bad returns on your LP since you're gallente militia (as they are at tier 1). A lot of gallente militia corps have just joined the minmatar militia (but keep fighting in caldari space) for better LP prices. You can certainly follow suite and join the minmatar militia for better LP prices (you'll have to take the trip to minmatar space to cash in), but this doesn't change the fact that you already have 100k+ FDU LP. Don't just randomly dump your LP into systems. Coordinate with your militia to all invest your LP into systems at the same time so you can all enjoy better prices. I'm not sure if gallente militia plans to get their tiers up or just ride the minmatar LP train, but you'll have to ask around to find out if/when to get your tiers up...otherwise 100k LP at T1 is like.....2 navy comets...... |

My honest suggestion is unless you plan to be a permanent or semi-permanent carebear in FW (i.e. you're not in FW for the PvP), then I would look to generate your ISK outside of it. Save your LP for faction mods/ships that you plan/will use yourself and use an alt to be your market/ISK/carebear outside of FW.
I personally do not rely on FW to fund my PvP. I'll use it to augment and/or get some faction mods/ships, but it most definately is not my main source of ISK.....and never will be....especially with these recent gawd-aweful changes. |

1. Best way to big isk is to exploit, but that is leading to bans hopefully.
2. Second best is long term plan to manipulate lp gain and offers from lp store, needs lot of work.
3. Easiest way is to swarm afk alts to militia that has best lp offers and grind plexes (this is what most do)
option 3 is what ccp want, more accounts -> more $ for them, do it !
answer for your question is option 2. |
