Help!
CCP I filed a petition about this but it's literally driving me crazy, and it's been about 10 hours since I filed. I'm losing skill training time (hopefully which I can be reimbursed for) and I want to play!
Just so you know what the problem is, here is the problem: I have my account covered and should be subscribed, however it says subscription expired.
I would really like to play. Please check into this as soon as possible! :( |

Confirming this also happened on Chribba. Also I did notice it after the patch was deployed on SiSi as well, but I didn't think more of it then until the same happened yesterday after the patch was deployed.

I hope so. The weird thing was I was able to play until about 2:15 Eve time (when I logged out last) on the day of the 22nd, then all of a sudden it just wouldn't let me log in, saying subscription expired.
I emailed the appropriate person though and petitioned on this account at least, hopefully you're right though and this is just a downtime glitch.
Though, 12 hours of training time to be reimbursed... |

Yep, this happened to my other account. I was logged off and couldnt get back on due to my account sub expiring. I made a successful payment yesterday, and it is reflected in my account screen. Petition filed, waiting response.
Anyone that has had this problem make it back yet?

Same problem on my industrial account; kind of going "FUUUUU-" at the moment about this since most of my ISK is tied up on that character, but hearing that the problem is not just limited to me makes me feel better. Here's hoping CCP gets this sorted ASAP.

Hey everybody, apparently this is being taken care of but it hasn't bene handled yet. Any news from CCP on whether or not our skill time is going to be reimbursed for this?
Regardless of the skill training lost, I'd just like to know this is something of a priority :\

CCP are generally good at reimbursing skill time + lost play time when it's their fault.
Since it is this time, if you don't get it back, escalate the petition. We all know some of the lower level ones have no clue what they are talking about or just plain don't care. -The sword is only as sharp as the one who wields it. Drenzul (My normal internet tag) |

Did you bought a GTC using the secure trade?
Happens to me after i did this, skilltime was lost but i got this great 3 days playtime -.-

I wonder how many people find their accounts banned and just say "Screw it, I'll just stay unsubscribed and quit. If they don't want my money fine with me"
Seems like it would be CCP's best interest to fix this bug. Or maybe they are shooting for worst support in an MMO 2010.

Got tired of waiting, so I bought a GTC and it started up perfectly. It DOES show on my account screen that the purchase HAS added to my remaining time though so.... If you have the means to buy a gtc, it should fix the problem with your time remaining showing accurately.

Same.
One of my accounts just up and shut down 5 days before it should have. I didn't realize this until after I bought another month for it and it then showed up as 36 days instead of thirty. So I quickly added time to two other accts that were due to run out on the second Feb but showing as expiring on the 27 Jan.
Now all the times are where they were supposed to be.
I should say that my accts paid with CC sub were not affected.

Confirming this is true, When i added subscription time to my account a week before it expired it took away the 7 days that were left. Filed a petition and neatly got them back, even tho it took a while.
But then again I cant really approve of any of this because this is my signature |
