Would also request that before transfer you changed to cap remote armour rep 4 - heavy drones 5 is less important to me than the actual skills I need to use it.

Hi there Claudia, I have also just had an evemail in game offering the same 5 billion lol however as you are offering officially here on the forums I am happy to do the deal.
I can confirm that this is acceptable and that the character will be in hi sec. Please send isk in game and your details I will then close the bidding and I can transfer within the next hour for you.
