Are you CEO of a corp that's dead? Are there still people in it that've not logged in for a while?
If so, mail this character ingame with an offer to sell it.
Rules:
* Responding to this topic with a character linked to the corp or the name of the corp automatically disqualifies you.
* Once sold, any members that do become active once again will be immediately booted.
* I don't care about corp standings or assets at all
* I don't care about the name of the corp at all, the sillier or more harmless sounding, the better!

There are lots of things one could do with such a corp. It would appear that the corp has a lot of seemingly old players which would either make people less likely to war-dec you or it would make it easier to war-dec and hold other corps for ransom. I'm sure there are other benefits to appearing as corp full of members when in reality you have none.

and thats NOT the reason :D
getting isk by hunting and such stuff...you have to give 10%?? or whatever to ccp...like in all noobcorps now
to make it harder to trick it out...you have to join a corp with atleast 10ppl ... if there are less, you still have to pay to ccp aka concord :9

I'm not sure even you understood whatever it is you were trying to say.
If that's what I wanted I'd just create a corp, set tax rate to 0% and be done with it.

my guesss... get a handful of dead corps with people and add those corps to an allaince to give your allince the appearence of being bigger so you can apply for a custom logo, then kill of the dead corps.
