I want to auction the alliance - Eternity Alliance [EA]. This auction will include the holding corp - EA Holdings [-EAH-] - if you so desire.
This alliance was created by a toon with Sovereignty V (along with the other 5 corporation management skills maxed), though I am unsure if this has an effect on Alliances as it does for Corps. The holding corp however, was not created by the same toon and will have different stats due to this.
I am looking to regain some of the isk I have spent on creating this alliance since all the member corps are currently inactive and have been this way for several months. These corps do have their support directed to the holding corp and I leave it to the winner of this auction to determine their fate.
Starting Bid: 100 mil
Bid Increments: 25 mil
B/O: 1 billion
This auction will end on Saturday, January 30 at 10 pm EST (United States time).
I will only accept bids posted here. No in-game offers will be accepted.
The Transfer of the alliance and holding corp will take place once I receive the isk from the winner and at a time or method that will best suite both parties.
Please post any questions or comments here, or contact my main Leb Iblis in-game. Lyann iblis is an alt that I only used for the purpose of being the CEO of the holding corp. In game conversations may be posted here if I feel the conversation would benefit clarifying this auction.

If the winner of this auction so chooses (or the bidders), I can have the Creator of the Alliance join the Holding Corp and upgrade it with his skills.
He has all 7 Corporate Management Skills to lvl 5. If proof is needed, let me know and I will post it.
For those who would prefer EVE time; the Auction will end Sunday, January 31 at 03:00 EVE time. (this should be 10 pm EST US time on Jan 30)

This is my Last bump for the Auction, and less than an Hour Left before it ends at 10 pm EST (US time) / 03:00 Eve Time.

If the winner desires to have Taiki Join the Holding corp to fully update the corp prior to turning over the Alliance to the winner, please let me know by posting here or messaging me in-game.
There will be about a 50 minute delay before Taiki can leave Eizou to Join EA Holdings to update the corp as he had relenquished being CEO and removed his roles around 03:49 EVE time yesterday. I apologize for the added delay if you are wanting him to update the holding corp.
I will attempt contact with the Winner once this auction is over to discuss the method of transfer.
Thanks to all who have bidded in this auction, and I hope Eternity Alliance serves the winner better than it did us.

The time stamp for the bid shows as being after the 03:00 end time.
I'm not planning on going against the rules of the auction that I laid forth. So the winner of the Auction stands being Peraxx with the final bid in at 02:59.
