If a node is reinforced and u bring 450 to have a good fight, then NC just bridges in 800+ and crashes that node.

Im sure the NC leaders are well aware the node will crash when they bridge in 800+ players when the system allrdy has 450 hostiles, so if they was looking for a good fight they would bvring maybe 600 and not bridge in all at once and atleast that way we could get a fight .but offcourse knowing they cant win such a fight they exploit the games lack to handle such numbers and just crash nodes and take you down as you log in

That would actually tilt the game further towards tactics like the "Keep 1000+ people permacamping the gates so the enemy never loads grid" even more than the issues from the patch ever could, because doing so would make a system nigh-impenetrable if the defenders take time to setup at all. Nothing like slaughtering the enemy piecemeal to boost your epeen, amirite? ;)

Never mind the tacit support for what any honest person can see as a broken system of login-queuing or session changing, all that matters is scoring points against the NC. So, gloat more. Pretend it was your FCs' prowess that resulted in those kills. Any one who is looking over the killboards recently knows that, when server issues don't play a deciding role, you've lost perhaps 80% of every fleet fight or strategic skirmish we've been involved in over the last few weeks.

The deciding factor in this fight is obvious to anyone who isn't all ragefisted over spaceships.

If a node is reinforced and u bring 450 to have a good fight, then NC just bridges in 800+ and crashes that node.

Im sure the NC leaders are well aware the node will crash when they bridge in 800+ players when the system allrdy has 450 hostiles, so if they was looking for a good fight they would bvring maybe 600 and not bridge in all at once and atleast that way we could get a fight .but offcourse knowing they cant win such a fight they exploit the games lack to handle such numbers and just crash nodes and take you down as you log in

Wasn't too bad up until first node crash - after relog I was dual boxing to probe and my BS client crashed so I gave up trying to log in after about an hour only to find insurance in wallet via evemon :S

Really because I saw numerous threads and threats to cancel accounts.

Quite the damage control, everyone moans when they lose when there is nothing they can do about it. We do it, you do it, everyone does it. To try and act like NC are all brave warriors who take all losses on the chin is complete *******s.

At that time you didn't complain, now you can't complain either.

Also .. why didn't you just fill up the system with your own people couple hour before making it pretty difficult for the NC to get in if you complain that the other side had bigger numbers first?




Not so clever, because: Pack the system full with your own people during many hours and then let the enemy only jump in 100 people. gf ~~


At the moment the system is broken. Both Dominion and the switch to the SQL Server 2008 did it. Both not easy to solve, but I gues the SQL Server problem is easier to handle.

We had intel that TRI was gathering all of its allies in for this one, not 'hey TRI are bringing 450 pilots, let's take 450 to even it up'. We hear you're bringing everything so we do the same. So what?

This is not about numbers, this is not about NC or TRI or IT/ATLAS <insertrandomalliancehere>, this is about a screwed up game that doesn't allow even a reasonable size fleet to have a decent fight. Personally?? it's about time we parked personal grudges, vendettas or opinions about each others gaming styles and focus on where the root cause of all this is, i.e. CCP's sub standard delivery of a major expansion that affects us all and ask them for answers.
