This guy in Jita told me that if I sent him all my isk he would send me double so I sent it to him and I didn't get anything back and I tried to convo me and he said that if I bought a gtc and gave him the isk then he would give me 10 times that amount back and I figured since he was a multibillionaire and everything he would do it so I did it and now he blocked me and I didn't get any isk back. Has this ever happened to anyone before?
