Free Alliance Creation
This is a free service for any pilot in eve who doesn't have the skills to make an alliance.
Creation of the Alliance by my character is free but you will still have to pay the 1 billion isk Concord Alliance Creation Fee.
Once you have decided on the name of the Alliance you will need to do the following:
Send the 1billion isk Concord fee to the character "T'amber" with the reason: createalliance
Send an evemail with the transaction to "T'amber" following the format provided below:
- Alliance Name: Please make sure your alliance name is available.
- Alliance Ticker: 5 characters max, please make sure the ticket is available.
- New Executor Corporation: The corporation that will be taking control of the new Alliance.
- Concord Alliance Fees Sent: The Date/Time plus the character who sent the isk.
It will take upto 48hours to setup the alliance and move corporations around.

..My question is simple. I'll take a stab at guessing the answer, but I would like to hear yours as well. What would make you give a service like this away for free when there are people who have trained up the skills and make isk off of this exact service?
Is it because you like to give away your time (training up the skills, bumping this thread, the in game portion of making an alliance) for free?
This is the only reasonable idea I could come up with as to why you would give this service away for free: You want to advertise your SOE lottery with another daily bumped thread in the Sell Orders forum. And even tho that is a good idea at first, one can quickly see that it is undermining to other pilots who use this forum to sell their items/services, but do not have the ability (or desire to waste their time  ) to offer a free service, and to the folks who made pretty good isk off of their Corporate Management skills.

Here is my challenge to you (not that you care): Refute my claim on your desire of excess advertisement in the highly competitive front page of the Sell Orders forum. You can do this by giving a good reason for giving your service away for free.

I have to agree, sorry :/ you shouldnt do this i think in the long run it will be bad for your buisness ;)

The only thing that would beat this service is if someone started paying you to create your alliance for you.

Friendly bump for a good service.
Also, I don't know why there are people whining in this thread. If you wasted a bunch of isk on alliance creation skills only to find someone doing it for free, that could happen with any profession/miniprofession in eve. There is always someone around to undercut you, be ready.
Its perfectly logical to provide this service for free, as T'Amber already pointed out, Ships of EVE gets free press out of this for as long as they decide to keep their doors open. Any real businessman can see the benefits there.
