I have never and don't ever want to play any other MMOs. Why bother? And it gets worse as time goes on...cuz everything builds on itself and omfg I'd hate to miss anything. New players must look at the amount of collected history (both lore and actual in-game events) discussed in the forums plus the community offerings and have a brain implosion trying to take it all in. Mara Rinn	Posted - 2010.01.28 07:08:00 - [45] I tried going back to WoW, but WoW wouldn't take me. When I left WoW for EVE, my characters were decently geared 70s, after a casual raiding career. When I came back, my level 70 epics weren't as good as level 72 greens, and all my friends were raiding at level 80. You can't take a level 75 character to raids, apparently. It's not like EVE where you can turn up with your frigate and help tackle something, tackling being just as important as blowing stuff up. Thankyou CCP, I love this game even if it does randomly crash to desktop and cost me the occasional Raven Navy Issue or two :P [Aussie players: join channels ANZAC or AUSSIES]
