Dead Sun Heavy Mining [DS.HM] has opened its doors to possible recruits. DS.HM is founded for the players, by the players. While being a young corp we plan to generate interest through our strict 100% transparency policy.
The current goal for this corp is to reach a 50 member base, whose pilots are active at least once a week. Of those pilots here is a list of things that are required before joining:
-Able to fit at least a frigate for PvP in case of war decs.
(web/disruptor/neut/local rep/speed mod)
-Able to pilot either an Osprey or any Industrial ship.
(this is only if you wish to participate in corp mining ops)
-Limited API
DS.HM is set up with it very own, highly specialized, Orca pilot to provide some very nice bonuses to our miners. Because of this, I have decided to host 2 mining ops a week. These ops are expected to be no more than 2 hours long, longer if corp interest is high. These ops will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evening (Central US TZ), for now. These times are subject to change as membership increases.
Ten percent of the ore gathered from these mining ops will be stored in a hanger where even the most basic member has viewing access. This ore will remain stationary until the corp member decide what to do with. i.e. buying mining crystals, helping people to purchase ships, skill books, even corp sponsered events.
These mining ops are strictly voluntary and will only go to benefit the corp. The other 90% will be evenly split among all who participated. Every one gets paid the same.
There is no corp tax so every one is welcome. sorry, not currently accepting pirates. Not Red Don't Shoot policy. Based out of the Sinq Laison region. Gallente space. Extremely noob friendly.

Hey there, just wanted to drop by and confirm I am the Orca pilot that will be hosting DS.HM mining ops. Here is my EvE-Sheet.com. I am currently training Cybernetics to 5 to use the Mining Foreman Mindlink. Then all that is needed is Warfare Link Specialist and Industrial Command Ships 4-5. Total time training will be 90d. But in 14d I will have the Mining Foreman Mindlink.
Should mention that we offer a free refining service at any Federation Navy facility. We also have private buyers for any ore/modules we acquire.

Books will be provided for those who need to learn these skills. As membership increases, these ships and books can be provided by the corp, but for now it will be coming out of my personal wallet.

I just joined Dead Sun and its been great. If you want a good solid corp to fly with I suggest us. The more that fly the better we all become.

I would like to apply to join. I meet the requirements and have about 40mil ISK plus about 50mil ISK in ore lying around. I have just come back to the game after a few month break, used to do a lot of trading, hauling and mining. I have a mammoth as well so can haul as well as mine.
