Static exits to class 1 (Z647) and hisec (B274).
Currently has 8 anomalies and 7 signatures (2 static whs, 1 grav, 1 radar, 2 ladar, and 1 that showed up today and I did not identify).
Makes a real nice starter wormhole for a small corporation. Had two buyers for this previously, but both deals fell through (timezone issues with one and the other cancelled when they found another wh).

I will provide you with a path from hisec into the wh. If you are the buyer of the class 2 we can close right away, and the entrance will, of course, be direct.
If you are the buyer of the class 4 it may take me a few days to get you an entrance from hisec, depending on the intermediate class 2 systems. I will let you know when I have one and then either meet you and lead you in or contract you bookmarks (your choice).
If you want to use a third party I am absolutely willing to do so, but at your expense.

The class 2 has been sold to Lawmess. The C4 is still available. Make an offer, folks. Plenty of iskies there, not a lot of intruders, and access to hisec won't be hard.

They did not kill anything. It's generally been a pretty quiet system in that regard (visitor traffic).

C4 is still up for sale folks. Had an offer but the buyer changed his mind before closing. Been quiet in system for a while now. Had to load the system when I logged in today. Still has all the sites I mentioned. Let's make a deal!

Well, it seems that there is little interest in this, probably because it's a Wolf-rayet and the sleepers may get a buff to their own armor just like you do. I've seen posts claiming that they do and some saying they don't. I dunno, since I haven't run anything in here.
But even if they do, I would think this system would be of interest for a mining corp. The rats in mining sites are easy, even with an armor buff. With the static C2 exit, logistics for getting stuff to highsec will not be hard. My main lives in a C5 with static C2, and most days it is no problem.
Regardless, I'm tired of camping here for nothing, so I'm dropping the asking price to 75 million or best offer. First offer of 75 takes it right away. I'll wait a day or two on any lower offers, then sell to the highest bidder over 25 million. Less than that it just isn't worth the hassle and I'll simply abandon it.
I did a quick 1-probe scan before I left for work and there are now 12 combat anomalies and 20 cosmic signatures. I did not scan down the signatures, nor will I (until I need to find the exit). I will give the buyer any bookmarks I get while doing that scan. Save you a few minutes, anyway.

I said that the first offer of 75m would take it and Commander TGK beat ya to it. I woulda loved the extra isk, but a deal is a deal.
Commander TGK is now in possession of the wh. And we both got ganked and podded when I took him back there.  
But he got the bookmarks and isk was transferred. Thank you to Commander TGK for your business and I hope you got things sorted. May you and your corp exact revenge on that guy, if he comes around again, for my Covops ship and implants.
