This is a capital pilot only, zero wasted sp in anything non-capital and nearly every skill related to flying a Moros, Thanatos, or Nyx are at V. It can fly a perfect Nyx (minus the fighter bombers book which just came out) right now. It can fly a perfect Erebus in less than 6 months. You will not find a better-skilled cap pilot for sale on this forum.

Got somewhat annoyed and disappointed by the lack of dread 5 / wpn 5 Gal-Amarr characters.

It was funny the first time...not so much now.
Getting into a bidding war with an obvious alt.....Way above b/o...probably the OP's own alt to boot, hah.
Anyway, I've been mulling it over, and that *is* a really nice skillset. Although it still needs a little more, like Cyb 5, more booster skills then just biology, shield mgmt 5, cap rep 5, and even cap shield booster for Thanny (yes it's better shield tanked ).
A friend bought a calamari dread char lvl 5 skilled for 10bn, and here I am, way, way above that price 
But, since I seem to have more isk (and words) then sense today I'll go to 17bn again. No more. Valid only a short time, for tomorrow evening (some 20h from now) I'll have regained my senses surely. 17bn should buy some 65-70m sp these days, but then again, haven't seen many with this particular skillset for sale recently.
Time for some long overdue sleep on my part.

But I figured since I offered once I might as well stick to it. I can see how toying with a figure, and then going back on it could be...fostering temptation and greed, a sense of loss even.
I'll next be in game in about 8-9h. Can respond to evemail and complete the transaction after that time.
Oh, would you switch training to Cybernetics 5 before transfer please. I hear the old dual char training after transfer thing doesn't work anymore, but, wouldn't hurt to give it a go, and it's the skill I need the most urgently.
Next time I'm buying a char, I'll stick to three words or less per post, promise.

A buyout offer of 17bn has been accepted but appearently the money didnt have been transferred untill now. You could try to get the char by offering more than 17bn isk.

you're kind of paranoid, the only posts in this thread by me are the ones with my name by them and this character is good enough that I really don't have to drum up fake interest in it, but you already knew that since you're bidding on it, and I'll swap to cyber V once the servers come back up

Hehe, yeah. But this is Eve, no other game, community, or social environment fosters paranoia quite like Eve .
I sometimes have trouble trusting corpies even....I wonder if they're stealing mah stuff as we speak 
But it's all in good fun, don't take it too seriously .
Isk sent and replied to mail.
I must say I do appreciate the dedicated training towards caps, as you will see only cap duty flying with me. Especially having the relevant bits all to 5 tickles my fancy, and keeps any latent OCD at bay .
Even if the isk/sp is staggering, it's certainly worth it to me.
