1000 limit... They have to start up securly
REguarding market skills... Its automaticly reset, so there is always skill at this point

It makes perfect logical sense to do it this way.
As long as they seeded 20,000 of each new thing on the market tho, otherwise those 1st 1000 people are gonna buy all the new stuff and put it back up for 500% markup! and you know this, same thing with the damned learning skills.
