Is there any option to disable the new GUI and enable the old and better one?
Oh, and while we are at it, is there an option to enable the old market-interface, as the new one is close to unusable?

Maybe it is, but I find the new GUI mighty annoying. I liked the old one much better.

try the tactical view in battle is much easier to see where ships are going i was concearned but im sure it will get better as peeps get used to the controls.

That's because you're used to the old one.
Put aside your prejudices, and try to learn the new one, and you will realise it's a great improvement.

I've been trying to get used to the new one for over a month now, with no sucess.
I think it is considerably worse than the castor one.

herm let me think lose 30 fps for thge old ui or go with the new better looking one tough choice....
And a simple answer tough and live with it

herm let me think lose 30 fps for thge old ui or go with the new better looking one tough choice....
And a simple answer tough and live with it

outside the market panel occasionally ghosting with details.. I find it to be essentially the same as the old one with a cleaner look and a left to right interface.. and accesible from space.
the GUI is very good once you give it a chance.. don't like the sims buttons poping up all the time and not a fan of double click warp as my mouse seems to double click to easily.. but the GUI is very good
The only imprvement I could suggest is the % read out for Shield, Armor and Cap. under the modules. as it's handy to know the exact ammount rather then about how much.
other then that it's well done.. all the features I just turned off before are not around any more.. and the tac view is excellent to combat.

I must agree, I prefered the old interface. A lot.

I hate the new interface
or rather I hate the annoying menu that comes up when you left click on stuff, or when you try to move the camera whilst near items and it comes up.
it also is redundant since it replicated the same functionality as the right click menu
I hate it :/
Please give us an option to disable it, the rest I can live with.

yes on the test battle i kept acidentally looking at stuff because of that left click menu when what i actually was trying to do pan the camera.
Next thing you know i'll be locking fellow comrads and gates n stuff.
(pls note i managed this in the OLD client nm the new one)
i like the rest just gimme the option to turn off the left click stuff and have the doubble click back

I like the old GUI for the most part better as well, there are parts i like about the new guy such as the modules being shown on the right side, but i find it very difficult to use the center icon... hard to tell your stats and very diffict to get yoru ship to stop.
