While ive found everyones replies so far very funny. You can haul them where ever you want. Concord will give you a message that says please turn over your drugs or you will be shot. What you do is warp to your out gate click no WHEN you land on the gate and jump VERY fast. Sometimes they might throw you a 1 million isk fine but you keep your drugs.

Unless you're manufacturing boosters, you can sell them to NPC's in null sec stations. Mind you the risk getting there typically isn't worth the reward. |
