Reading through my feedback will also tell you I tend to buy back kits that are unwanted and unused.
I'll not go into the intelligence of some of my potential customers, just recommend that anyone not knowing exactly what my product is and how its used should maybe convo me and get a run down.

And I'll not go into the ethics of some sellers that use misleading language in their ads - or respond with "are you for real lol" when emailed.

'nuff said - again; just consider this a good PSA :) A comment from a customer on the item for sale is perfectly appropriate and correct.

Miesterio was hanging about in my sales channel. Claimed I'd sold him kits, but my contract history says otherwise. Sorry I'm not keen on lurkers. Feel free to ask questions about my service or your standings. Make a purchase or don't and leave.
Customers are invited to a seperate help channel upon purchase, you can hang out in there all you like, I still have customers in there from six months ago, why they haven't finished cosmos by now is beyond me, but meh.

Cosmos can only be ran once per character. you can run all three characters on an account if you have them.

You are correct in that you did order one. I've checked my evemails and it appears I put a kit up on contract for you on 20th December but it wasnt claimed. As my product is in demand, when that expired I will have contracted that kit to someone else and deleted you from my order list.
Sorry but it looks like you missed it.
