I was very much so excited about logging into exodus. As I log in, I un dock from a station and then warp to a stargate. I spot some npc rats, and to pass the time since I didnt have mwd, I shot the rats. This was in my osprey. Before I know it concord blow my ship into nothing and I am a pod. This is my first experience being blown up by concord as I have never done anything to get my security rating lowered. I check my security status with concord and it is -.08. My status with them use to be nuetral. I have no idea how it was lowered and I never recieved any mail about insurance and the like when your ship gets destroyed. I figured oh well I can just buy another one despite the fact it will empty my bank account.
Then I warp back to my station in a pod and get into my badger when I find out a friend needs some help hauling some ore. I exit the station and once again I am destroyed, not by concord but by the caldari...I have not idea why I was attacked by them when my sec rating with them is at +.99. Also I have yet to recieve an e-mail about insurance and the "who attacked you mail" from both attacks. What did I do to get attacked? The answer is nothing. In the end, I have lost two ships in 10 minutes do to a mysterious security rating lowering. I dont really mind the fact that I lost the two ships but the fact that I have a low security rating now makes it impossible to fly in empire space in a ship without being destroyed.
I have never been a pirate and never plan to be. I also can not reach the petition system...

Are you sure it was an NPC ship you shot at?

It would have given me an "are you sure you want to attack etc...you will loose security stauts" I have never disabled this warning so I would not attack a player on accident

Sure they were npc rats not caldari navy, some custom guys or something.

Yes, they were rats...they showed up as red also and I was in "look at" view when I attacked

I think custom ship showed up as red sometime when I was testing Exodus. Might have been because I was shooting at them (in my defence they started it). Did you have any of the contraband items in cargo btw?

only thing I did carry was ammo...i think tungsten charges
