ccp = iceland servers = england
As CCP doesnt have the infinite money that some people expect game developers/publishers to have, I wouldn't expect much more than that tbh.

The patch and client were available for download when Tranquility was brought down for the Exodus deployment. More download options (BitTorrent and mirrors) were added at the request of players throughout the process.
Once Tranquility was opened to the player base, the Dev team had another thing to keep their minds on, making sure the servers were running properly and making sure the stress of an increased player load didn't crash the server. Singularity never recieved the player load that Tranquility gets on a daily basis.
Client and patch download speeds will increase. Lag, log-in time and the number of related issues will decrease.
Locking this topic as it has been brought up, discussed, flamed and locked as a host of others have.
