The agent is adding reward #1 bookmark which works from within the reward system. However out of the reward system it has no destination so you cant set it as a destination for autopilot.
Feature or bug! On a side note in the info for the Reward #1 on the mouse over is the reward system so you can set the autopilot destination by hand.

Your mission bookmark is in a different system..just check your mission info exactly.

The reward bookmark had - /- /- for sol/con/reg from the mission bookmark system which was a different system.
Ie the reward bookmark was for paraa. I was in annaro having just finished a mission. The reward bookmark couldnt be used to autopilot to paraa from anarro cause each time you try to right click "set destination" It says "Cant set destination must be a system, constellation, or region" And on review the reward bookmark has no system, constellation, or region set.
I dont know if its a bug or a minor issue that could be better.
