Hey Man:
Not exactly pirate though we have some awesome pirates in the corp. We do FW (so its low sec) and Merc Contracts. I take my Pirates more as independent contractors. You get in on all our FW and low sec/o.o contracts and if we end up in high sec (I hate high sec) you can do your own thing with my pirate crew.

Your Sp are a little low (we average around 50mil sp). however you seem to have the right idea and skills placed correctly.
