Suppose you'd just finished laying out silverware for some guests, when one of them grabs a steak knife and, in a rage, leaps across the table and eviscerates another guest. Would you be tried as the eviscerator, yourself? What logic would stop at you, and not continue to all the way to the miner who extracted the metal that the knife was formed from? Obviously the can-flipper is the CONCORDalbe aggressor in this instance. No matter that the can-flipper was surprised himself by the bomb, any more than wielders of smartbombs are excused by their surprise when cloaked vessels drift in range of that weapon. The can-flipper is to blame because he has undertaken an action which may very well lead to an explosion.

You can exercise your power in this way: 1. Have a hangar full of ships. 2. Never fly what you don't have a reship of. Re. training time, that's no different. I have two full sets of spare implants at my medical clone station, in addition to the implants I have already in jump clones. Although if you aren't AFK mining in a Vexor that you apparently bought by selling everything you else you own apart from your license to post on the forums, it's very difficult to lose your pod in highsec and lowsec.

This post is the collectors edition set of what not to do in EVE. To carve a successful niche for yourself in EVE you need to be able to out sell, out produce, out fight,-á out run, or out wit your competitors. If you can do none of the above, your only option is to complain on the forums that somehow you are at a disadvantage using the exact same tool set-áas the rest of the player base.
