Having decided to start training for the Thanatos as I find the support role fun and interesting. I've tried to make a skillplan and could use some help to see if some skills are missing.

If your intention is to use the carrier as a main weapon platform i would recommend to train Fighters to lvl5 and also to train the jumpskills to lvl5 to reduce fuelconsumption.

Id consider training all of your armor compensation skills to 5 and keeping Thermodynamics to 4.

Drone Interfacing is listed twice.
Most of the skills not liseted are prereqs so mostly your ok.
Might be some of the skills listed below are already in your list.
Energy Grid Upgrades V
Capital Energy Emission Systems IV (Need this one definately)
Capital Shield Emission Systems IV (repping pos shield)
Advanced Drone Interfacing III (nono in fleets but nice to have if you are repping with drones, for example pos shields)
Jury Rigging III (fitting CCC rigs)
Electronic Upgrades III (fitting eccm)
Repair Drones V (up to you but nice to have)
Drone Navigation V (really helps your drones a lot)
Tactical Logistics Reconfiguration IV (Triage)
Multitasking III lets you target 10 targets. Unless you start using targeting mudules its enough.
