Little useless (maybe) info for ya. this works on Tinypic.com too. Right click the picture and select propertise and use the link from there,
http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/big/9lwr-9.png see the extra /big/ in the addres it stops the website from giving you the advert page and goes straight to the full size picture

I was having similar problems; turned out to be power related. Got a decent four-rail Black Widow power supply and never had problems on that box again.

A tip for you lot: 3cm of dust will kill anything. Clean your PC's from time to time and stop whining.

Please do no writte stuff if you arnt very sure it is correct. Its making others confused. In term those 38¦ comes from your GPU and that GPU got 95% load its as good as impossible to stay at only 38¦. Your GPU most likely got like 100¦, your Idle value says nothing. EVE will make a excessive use of your rather weak GPU so it will probably reach nearly 100% load which simply is in need of a very stable PC. Other solution could be to limit your FPS so the GPU might get lesser load.
My GPU is having a effective Zalman cooler and it can still reach up to 70¦ under >95% load which is a pretty good value.
