Mine was tonight when I accidentally included three Domination mods to the pile.
Had to laugh seeing that much potential ISK go bye bye.
How 'bout you?

I haven't had any reprocessing blunders, but I had a week where I blindly clicked yes to everything and trashed 1 zealot and 2 domi's and a curse. Yeah that sucked.

I was under the impression that Domination mods belonged in the "Trash It" bin, and not the reprocessor. Did the station add on a tax for clogging the machines with a bunch of garbage?

I trashed a station container with a few hundred thousand rounds of mixed ammo ( and quite a bit of faction/T2 ammo).
Only petition that ever was in my favor.

Moved a Pith X-Type X-Large Shield Booster in an Ibis from one system to another. When I arrived at my destination I thought I didn't need the Ibis anymore and trashed it. Kinda forgot the booster in the cargohold. Took my a good 10 seconds to understand wtf I just did. ---- The Demigodess with a Conscience - An EVE IC Blog

I accidentally reprocessed the entire contents of one of my hangars once. It was full of mods that I had been scooping from wrecks for about 4 weeks of ratting. A good 10-12 faction mods were in the loot and this was back when a faction armor hardener went for 10-15 mill on the market instead of the **** prices of today.
In the end, however, I was able to build over 25 battleships with the reprocessed loot alone, so I think I actually came out ahead in the end. |

I reprocessed countless high meta level items out of lazyness really. Bit stupid when I think about it now. Biggest slip up with something like this was me accidentally trashing a rigged HAC when I wanted to activate it. I did get it back tho :)

Biggest slip up was when I accidentally reprocessed all of my station containers and had the stuff spilling out in the hangar. Man, what a mess.... --------

I once recycled 1000 carriers and 1000 dreads or was it 10000, the numbers are all fuzzy after this long.
I did this on the test server before I knew it was frowned upon, trying to get a titan built there, not realizing this wasn't really an option.

doubt this counts but one time over on sisi i bought a million min dreads for a giggle. realizing how silly it was to have a fleet of a million unfitted dreads i then junked them.
the game eventually unlocked and presented me with a hangar full of max stacks of various mijnerals. took me more than 6 hours to delete them all. and yes there is a limit on how many stacks your hangar will show you. it will hold a fair bit more than that however and as space opens up from deleting stacks more will seem to magically appear.
it also hurts to delete dozens of max stacks of morphite even if they aren't "real"
